Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Style Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bath & body products, beauty items, or intimate apparel (including adaptive bras, balconette bras, and bikini bottoms) unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Information
