Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Available for most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing. We recommend ordering early for special occasions.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain Asian countries and remote regions). Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, which vary by country.
Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and original packaging must be intact
- Original receipt or order confirmation must be included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bath & Body products
- Beauty items and beauty accessories
- Intimate apparel (including adaptive bras, balconette bras, and bikini bottoms)
Exceptions are made only for damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items
